YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT MUST HAVE A CONFIRMED SHIPPING ADDRESS. IF IT DOES NOT WE WILL BE FORCED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND SEND YOU A REFUND. IF YOU ARE UNSURE HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS PLEASE CONTACT PAYPAL FOR DIRECTIONS.

PLEASE BE SURE TO SEND YOUR PHONE NUMBER. THIS IS A REQUIREMENT OF THE U.S. CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT. WE CANNOT SHIP AN ORDER WITHOUT A VALID PHONE NUMBER.

Please do not place your INTERNATIONAL ORDER using our shopping cart. It will only result in a refund and canceled order, which will slow everything down for you. Our shopping cart calculates shipping costs for deliveries within the USA.

International orders being shipped outside the United States will be charged at a different rate that must be quoted individually.

We regret the inconvenience that this will cause, but until we devise a more automatic system; it’s the best we can offer.

Please e-mail us to let us know what item(s) you would like. We’ll need your phone number with country and city code along with your delivery address. We cannot ship outside the USA without a valid phone number. This is not our requirement but it is United States Customs rules.

We will e-mail back to let you know if all items are in stock and we will provide a cost to ship your order.

We ship international orders by uninsured United States Postal Service. This is the least expensive method and our customers normally request that we ship this way. Once we hand your package over to the US Post Office we assume no responsibility for safe delivery. To date we have not experienced any lost or damaged packages but if you want insurance we will be glad to quote the cost for that level of service. Most customers are astounded by how much this costs but please be aware that we do not make money on shipping and will do what ever you wish.

We accept payment by PayPal but you must have either a verified or confirmed account with PayPal. If you are not sure what that means please check with PayPal. This information can be found on their web page.

You may also make payment by international money order payable in US funds.
