The Perecman router base will convert your Dremel router base into an even more useful tool designed especially for modelers but useful to all woodworkers too.
The Perecman router base may be used with a series of router templates that we can supply or templates that you create yourself.
You’ll be able to cut perfect servo openings in your wings each and every time. Servos will fit tightly. You’ll also be able to make precise repetitive cuts in most surfaces time and time again. Whether you are cutting spar slots, channels to install air brakes or servo wells, you’ll get perfect results.
The Dremel router base that we originally used for our Perecman guide bushing router base is no longer available from Dremel but Jack Perecman has an even better concept that we are proud to introduce. Our new router base now uses the much less expensive Dremel 565 Multi Purpose Cutting Kit base. Simply snap the Dremel base into our guide bushing base, secure with a few drops of CA or Goop and you are on your way to cutting perfect servo openings, spar slots or any other shapes.

Dremel tool and Dremel 565 Multi Purpose Kit is not included. These are items you either already own or will need to purchase.
You can make your own templates from wood, Plexiglass or even heavy cardboard.
The router base and template set are all laser cut from ¼” clear acrylic stock. That means you will be able to see what you are cutting and it makes positioning the templates a snap.
A complete set includes the router base suitable for use with the now discontinued Dremel router base attachment and an adapter ring that allows for the use of the newer Dremel Tile Cutter base attachment if you don’t already own a Dremel router base. You’ll also receive a special router bit, servo templates for Hitec HS65, HS 125 (also fits the HS5125 and JR DS168 Thin Wing Servo), HS 85, HS 225 and a round opening that is a perfect fit for Hitec servo cans or a standard sized servo without the can. The complete set costs $30.00 + $6.00 shipping anywhere in the lower 48 states. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada is slightly more.
